Groundwork offers a 30-day comfort guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your insoles within 30 days of delivery, contact us at support@groundwear.store for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
