Groundwear Arch Support Insoles
Most insoles are all cushion, no structure. They flatten out in weeks and the ache comes right back. Groundwear is different — a firm arch shell supports your foot from underneath, so the strain never happens in the first place.
- Firm arch shell that holds structure all day
- Deep heel cup keeps every step aligned
- Multi-layer EVA cushioning that won't flatten out
- Breathable moisture-wicking top cover
- Works in sneakers, walking shoes, and boots
Why the first steps hurt — and how this fixes it
Overnight, the tissue along the bottom of your foot tightens. With no arch support, your first step drops full weight onto it. That's the ache. Groundwear lifts and holds the arch so it never gets overstretched.
Firm contoured arch shell
Supports the arch from underneath — taking the pull off the tissue that causes morning discomfort.
Deep heel cup
Cradles the heel and keeps your foot aligned with every step, so nothing shifts out of place.
Cushioning EVA layer
Absorbs the shock of each step for all-day comfort — without the flat, worn-out feeling of soft-only inserts.
Support underneath — not just cushion on top
The firm red arch shell is what sets Groundwear apart. While soft gel inserts add padding on the surface, this holds your arch up from below — which is what actually takes the strain off.
The deep black heel cup keeps your foot centered and aligned, step after step, all day long.
One for each pair of shoes you wear
Most people find they want a pair in every shoe they rotate through — so switching footwear never means going back to sore feet.
That's why 2 Pairs is our most popular option — and at $27.50 per pair, it's the best value too.
Cushion on top vs. support underneath
The difference between an insert that pads the problem and one that actually addresses it.

Answered
Will they fit my shoes?
Yes. Groundwear comes slightly long so you can trim the front to match your shoe size — just use your current insole as a guide. One pair works in sneakers, walking shoes, and most work shoes or boots.
Do I take my old insole out first?
If your shoe's existing insole is removable, take it out and drop Groundwear in its place. In roomier shoes and boots you can often leave the original in and lay Groundwear on top.
How long until they feel right?
Firmer arch support can feel new for the first few days — that's normal. Wear them a few hours a day at first, then build up over the first week as your feet adjust.
Why buy 2 or 3 pairs?
Most people find they want a pair in each pair of shoes they rotate — so switching footwear never means going back to sore feet. The 2-pair bundle is $27.50 per pair, which is the most popular option.
What if they don't work for me?
Then you don't pay for them. Walk on them for 30 days — if your feet aren't more comfortable, contact us at support@groundwear.store for a full refund.
